Delivery Information

Discrete Packaging

Your order will be delivered in a plain brown box or padded bubble mailer. There are no sensitive images on it, nor our brand name or website-- only you know what's inside!

Delivery Period

At Hanky Spanky, we understand the need to receive your goods as soon as possible and aim to have your order processed and dispatched quickly.  We endeavour to ensure that all orders are dispatched within 2 days after order is confirmed (received, paid and processed). Please allow 2 - 7 working days for delivery which is dependent on location and season.

Our warehouse works Monday to Friday to collect and pack orders so you can receive them sooner. 

If you feel your order requires special attention don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Care by email so we can try our best to assist you.

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery Australia wide is FREE for orders of $30 and over. Orders under $30 cost $11.95 to deliver, AU wide.

Delivery Procedure

When your order is dispatched you will be notified by email with the shipment's tracking number so you can track your delivery online.
We dispatch Monday to Friday (excluding SA Public Holidays) from our Online Warehouse based in Edinburgh, SA. 

Signing for Deliveries

To ensure the quality of our delivery services, we require that all deliveries be signed for. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a calling card will be left to arrange alternate delivery address or pick-up arrangements. However, you may nominate for your parcel be left without a signature at designated area. Once the shipment has left our premises and deemed as delivered as per the receiver's instructions, Hanky Spanky will not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from the delivery.

Changing Shipping Address

If your order has not been dispatched and you would like to change your delivery address, please email us at sales@hankyspanky.au as soon as possible with your order number and the team will do their best to help you out.

International Shipping

We only ship within Australia at this time.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Pickup Orders

We do not offer pick up for orders placed on our website.

Backorders

We do not offer a backorder service.
